The farm has 10 hectares of land, a house in good condition, a corral, a warehouse in poor condition, its own spring water and has electricity in the house.

+ The internal road is in poor condition at this time, it reaches the highest point of the farm, there is a lagoon that supplies water to the farm and in turn the water comes from a stream that fills it.
Plants can be made to build. From the highest part you have views of the mountains and valley.
+ It is close to Concepción, San Juan Bosco and Las Brisas, Rivera, Angostura and Ceniza. Now you can also go to the Uvita area in about 25 minutes, it’s only for 4×4. The route to Uvita is constantly being improved and is expected to be well maintained throughout the year.
