The property is located in Alto San Juan, over 1000 meters (3000 feet) elevation, with amazing views over the valley and the city of San Isidro, with easy access from the main road fro San Isidro to Dominical Beach.

The farm has many internal roads going between the building sites and potential lots. Some of them have been cut, while others remain as potential building sites.

There is water from the new local aqueduct or from springs on the property.

There is a gravel quarry to get materials to build new and maintain existing roads.
